I recently had the unparalleled pleasure of using the Theragun for the first time. I initially was skeptical (like usual lol) that it would make much of a difference. I had a lot of shoulder pain from tight, clenched muscles that seemed to be getting worse and worse, and made it difficult to even sleep. When I turned it on, it felt a little strange at first — like a high-speed percussion that seemed to be flattening my muscles, but weirdly didn't really hurt.

I spent a few minutes on each of my shoulders, and turned the Theragun off to discover that my previously clenched muscles felt completely liquid and at-ease. My pain was gone and my shoulders felt knot-free like I was a kid again. Of course, more than the knots, my real issue is storing tension in my shoulders, so it's not a permanent solution — a couple months since then, I can feel the muscles knotting in my shoulders again. But! I feel sure and relieved that another Theragun session will clear that out again. I don't believe in miracles but this is a miracle. The definition of splurge-worthy.

I bought this two years ago to help with dry eyes and migraines, and it is one of my favorite purchases maybe of all time.
